They allege, and we must accept as true for the purposes of review, that a teacher "while employed * * * by the Carlsbad Schools, obtained marijuana for these students. He also assisted in and allowed the use of the drug during the time he was obligated to teach and supervise these students." Plaintiffs sued the Carlsbad Municipal School District in this action, but not the teacher.
