SIMMONS, Supernumerary Circuit Judge. Appellant was indicted for burglary of a motor vehicle with intent to steal. Title 14, § 87, Recompiled Code 1958. By consent of the defendant and her counsel, the indictment was amended to put ownership of the vehicle in T. B. Gann instead of Carolyn Gann. Title 15, § 253, Recompiled Code 1958. Following the jury verdict of guilt, the trial court fixed appellant's punishment at two years imprisonment in the penitentiary.
